As a Quality Control Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every battery leaving our facility meets our stringent engineering specifications. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Standardized Inspections: Conduct thorough quality assessments at every stage of the production cycle to ensure compliance with established specifications.
* Precision Measurement: Utilize calibrated measurement tools to verify product dimensions and performance metrics.
* Non-Conformance Management: Identify, isolate, and document any products that fail to meet quality benchmarks.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inspection results and prepare periodic reports regarding product quality trends.
* Quality Assurance: Confirm that only items meeting the highest manufacturing standards proceed to the next stage of the supply chain.
## Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate the technical aptitude and professional experience necessary to maintain our high operational standards:
1. Educational Background: A vocational high school (SMK) graduate specializing in Chemical Analysis or Engineering.
2. Professional Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant work experience is required.
