The Relation Officer Representative is a pivotal position responsible for driving growth and managing client partnerships. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between PT Bringin Karya Sejahtera and its prospective clients, championing the company’s extensive portfolio to secure new business and maintain long-term loyalty.
## Core Responsibilities
Success in this role requires a proactive approach to business development and a deep commitment to client satisfaction. Your primary duties will include:
* Lead Identification: Proactively identifying and engaging with potential leads within assigned territories to grow the company’s client base.
* Strategic Marketing: Promoting the full spectrum of BKS services, including:
* Facility Services: Professional cleaning, gardening, high-altitude maintenance (gondola), technical support, archival staffing, and office equipment/building rentals.
* Construction Solutions: Renovations for offices, hospitals, and public facilities, new structural developments, interior design implementation, and furniture procurement.
* Relationship Management: Cultivating and sustaining strong business ties with existing clients to ensure recurring success.
* Performance Excellence: Meeting and exceeding established sales targets while aligning with corporate objectives.
* Market Insight: Staying informed about industry trends, monitoring market shifts, and relaying valuable customer feedback to the management team to influence strategic decisions.
## Professional Requirements
