## Role Overview: HSE Staff
As an HSE Staff member at BMI, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a secure and compliant workplace. Your primary objective is to cultivate a culture of safety while ensuring that all operational processes align with both internal policies and national environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Policy Implementation: Actively execute Occupational Health and Safety (K3) policies and environmental protection initiatives.
* Operational Inspections: Conduct routine walkthroughs and site inspections to ensure the workspace remains hazard-free.
* Risk Management: Identify potential workplace risks, manage incident responses, and prepare comprehensive accident investigation reports.
* Employee Training: Lead safety workshops and educate staff on the correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure that all company activities strictly adhere to current HSE legal requirements.
## Professional Qualifications
To thrive in this role, we are looking for a candidate who possesses both the technical expertise and the interpersonal skills required to manage safety protocols effectively.
* Education: Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in a relevant field.
* Certification: Possession of a valid AK3 Umum (General Occupational Health and Safety) certification is mandatory.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Strong command of MS Office suite.
* Proven capability in using AutoCAD software.
* Deep understanding of K3 and environmental workflows, as well as relevant legislative frameworks.
* Soft Skills:
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to perform effectively both as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team member.
* Resilience and the ability to maintain high productivity while working under pressure.
