## Join Our Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP)
We are currently seeking ambitious, talented individuals to join our team through our structured Fresh Graduate Development Program. This initiative is designed to groom the next generation of industry leaders across three critical functional areas:
* FGDP – Engineering: Focused on technical precision and mine design.
* FGDP – Production: Centered on operational efficiency and resource management.
* FGDP – Plant: Dedicated to the maintenance and optimization of heavy machinery.
## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure the highest standard of operational excellence, applicants must meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background:
* Engineering & Production Roles: Graduates from Mining Vocational High Schools (SMK), or hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining, Civil Engineering, or Geology.
* Plant Role: Graduates from Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering, or hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Core Competencies: Applicants must demonstrate strong leadership potential, effective communication skills, and robust physical and mental health.
* Compliance: Candidates must have completed the third dose (booster) of the COVID-19 vaccination.
* Logistics & Location:
* Priority is given to candidates residing in East Kalimantan.
* Applicants must be available to attend an in-person selection process in Samarinda.
* Successful candidates will be stationed at our Kaubun Site in East Kutai.
