We are currently opening recruitment for dynamic individuals to fill our Frontliner positions. These roles are essential to our branch operations and serve as the face of our commitment to service excellence.
1. Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service role is pivotal in building lasting relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Customer Engagement: Proactively identifying customer needs and offering tailored banking products and solutions.
* Relationship Management: Handling account openings, closures, and updating customer data with precision.
* Service Excellence: Serving as the first point of contact to resolve complaints, provide balance information, and issue necessary banking documentation like checkbooks or account statements.
* Sales Growth: Actively participating in cross-selling bank products and services to meet financial goals.
2. Teller
Tellers are the backbone of our daily operational integrity. You will be responsible for:
* Operational Execution: Processing daily front-office transactions in strict compliance with Sharia banking regulations.
* Cash Management: Maintaining cash box limits and ensuring daily reconciliation of transactions.
* Transaction Accuracy: Resolving communication time-out (CTO) errors and balancing daily logs effectively.
* Sales Support: Assisting in the cross-selling of bank products during routine customer interactions.
## Candidate Requirements
To be considered for these roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Age: Maximum 27 years old.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* Skill Set: Possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, a friendly demeanor, and high attention to detail.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in banking as a Customer Service or Teller; candidates with a background in the "Magang Bakti BCA" program are highly encouraged to apply.
* Performance: Proven ability to engage in effective cross-selling.
* Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed in our various branches across Jabodetabek, Palembang, Medan, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Solo, or Surabaya.
