## Current Job Openings
1. Radial Drill Operator (4 Positions)
We are looking for precise operators to manage our radial drilling equipment. Key requirements include:
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and shop drawings.
* Demonstrable experience in operating radial drill machinery.
* Capability to perform tack welding and precise leveling.
* Previous experience in steel structure fabrication is highly advantageous.
2. Welded Beam Operator (4 Positions)
Our team requires skilled operators to manage beam welding production. Candidates must possess:
* Strong technical skills in configuring machine settings, including amperage, voltage, and welding speed.
* The ability to accurately read and understand complex technical and shop drawings.
3. Fitter (4 Positions)
We are seeking detail-oriented fitters to support our structural projects. Candidates must meet these criteria:
* Comprehensive knowledge of technical and shop drawing interpretation.
* Proven ability to execute accurate and durable tack welding.
* Hands-on experience in operating cutting torches and grinding machinery.
