## Current Job Opening: Production Operator (Lathe / Bubut)

Core Responsibilities and Daily Tasks
As a Production Operator specializing in lathe machining, your daily duties will directly influence manufacturing efficiency and product accuracy. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Machining Execution: Operating lathe machines strictly based on Work Orders (WO) and technical drawings.
* Quality Control: Conducting thorough inspections of finished machined parts to ensure they meet exact specifications.
* Equipment Maintenance: Performing routine daily machine checks and maintaining optimal care for all processing equipment and tools.
Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To thrive in this demanding and rewarding environment, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Age: Male candidates with a maximum age of 25 years old.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma or vocational school graduate (SMA/SMK).
* Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience operating both CNC and manual lathe machines.
* Technical Familiarity: Well-versed in Fanuc and Mazak machine control systems, alongside Job Order workflows.
* Tooling Knowledge: Solid understanding of lathe machine inserts and cutting tools.
* Blueprint Reading: Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
* Measurement Skills: Capable of utilizing various precision measuring instruments accurately.
* Preferred Skills: Candidates with the ability to create cycle programs and utilize CAM software (such as Mastercam) will be given priority.
* Soft Skills: Highly motivated, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives under pressure.
* Health Compliance: Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Job Location and Placement
