Position: Warehouse Foreman
We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage our storage operations with precision and efficiency.
* Oversee end-to-end warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
* Maintain accurate inventory control through routine stock taking and administrative oversight.
* Implement and enforce warehouse best practices, including FIFO/FEFO methodology and 5S workplace organization.
* Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (K3) standards.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Management.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in warehousing, with a strong preference for candidates from the FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory; experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a distinct advantage.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* High attention to detail, disciplined, and capable of working in a shift-based environment.
