To support our continuous growth and maintain our operational excellence, we are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Field Operator for Chemical Plants. In this vital role, you will be at the heart of our production processes, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across our plant operations.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a Field Operator, your day-to-day activities will revolve around maintaining high-standard manufacturing workflows. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Safe Equipment Operation: Running complex machinery and chemical production equipment safely, strictly adhering to operational guidelines and safety protocols.
* Quality Control Monitoring: Keeping a close eye on production outputs to identify, isolate, or rework any products that do not meet our strict quality criteria.
* Data and Parameter Tracking: Maintaining precise daily production logs and recording key chemical parameters to facilitate performance analysis and continuous improvement.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicating effectively with other departments and shift teams to ensure seamless shift handovers and uninterrupted operations.

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
