We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounting Staff member to join our professional team in Cakung, East Jakarta. This role is integral to maintaining our financial integrity and supporting our operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with maintaining the financial health of our organization through the following duties:
* Financial Recording: Managing and documenting both purchase and sales journals with precision.
* Audit Procedures: Conducting periodic stock and cash opnames to ensure inventory and financial accuracy.
* Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements to provide accurate, timely insights for management.

Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Accounting.
* Professional Experience: At least two years of experience in the retail or minimarket industry is preferred; however, high-achieving fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of accounting principles and proven mastery of the Accurate accounting software.
* Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, honesty, high attention to detail, agility, and a disciplined work ethic.
