We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HSE Intern to join our team at the Aerotrans Head Office in Tangerang. This paid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the transportation industry while working alongside seasoned safety professionals.
Key Responsibilities
As an HSE intern, you will play an integral role in maintaining our high safety standards. Your core duties will include:
* Assisting in the preparation and management of documentation required for ISO 45001:2018 compliance.
* Supporting the planning and execution of safety training programs, inductions, safety talks, and company-wide safety campaigns.
* Generating accurate and timely reports for the HSE department.
* Handling ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required by the team.
Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and ready to contribute to our safety culture. Applicants should meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A fresh graduate or a final-year student (Bachelor’s or Diploma) majoring in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Public Health, or Industrial Engineering (with no remaining class requirements).
2. Industry Knowledge: Previous familiarity with Safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), particularly within the transportation sector, is highly preferred.
3. Availability: Must be willing and able to commit to a 6-month internship program at our Head Office in Tangerang.
