Candidate Requirements
To maintain our high standards of excellence, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Gender & Age: Male candidates with a maximum age of 25 years old.
2. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
3. Academic Achievement: Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.25 on a 4.00 scale.
4. Mobility & Commitment:
* Fully willing to be placed anywhere across our operational network in Indonesia.
* Prepared to reside in company-provided lodging (mess) during the training period.
Ready to commit to a 2-year official service bond (ikatan dinas*) upon completion of the onboarding phase.
5. Health & Physical Standards: Physically and mentally fit, with no history of color blindness.
6. Readiness: Fully committed to participating in a rigorous, full-time intensive training curriculum.
