General Candidate Requirements

* Nationality: Must be a citizen of Indonesia.
* Academic Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) relevant to the position applied for:
* Secretariat Staff: Open to all academic majors.
* Finance Staff: Accounting, Finance, or related business disciplines.
* Legal Staff: Law degree.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant professional experience is preferred; however, high-achieving fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Commitment: Ability to work full-time with a high degree of professional dedication.

## Available Positions
We are currently hiring for three key operational departments to strengthen our internal governance and organizational structure:
1. Secretariat Staff
This role is essential for maintaining the organizational heartbeat of the federation. Responsibilities include managing administrative duties, coordinating official agendas, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and providing consistent operational support to federation leaders.
2. Legal Staff
As a growing organization, we require a dedicated professional to manage our legal landscape. Key responsibilities include handling organizational contracts, overseeing internal regulations, ensuring institutional compliance, and managing corporate governance tasks.
3. Finance Staff
The Finance Staff member will be responsible for the integrity of our economic operations. Duties include managing day-to-day financial administration, recording transactions, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring strict adherence to accounting standards.
