* Logistics & Plant Manager: Based at the Head Office.
* Plant Department Head: Based at the Site/Camp location.
* Logistics Warehouse Section Head: Based at the Site/Camp location.
* IT & General Service Staff: Based at the Site/Camp location.
* Maintenance Planner Staff: Based at the Site/Camp location.
* PHPL Administration Staff: Based at the Site/Camp location.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure we maintain our high standards of operational excellence, we are looking for candidates who meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in a relevant field.
* Professional Experience: Candidates with a background in HPH (Forestry Concession), HPH contracting, mining, or large-scale logging operations will be prioritized.
* Relocation Readiness: Applicants must be willing to be stationed in remote areas, specifically in Puruk Cahu, Central Kalimantan.
* Communication Skills: Strong presentation and negotiation abilities are mandatory for management and section head positions (roles 1-3).
* Technical Proficiency: For IT roles, candidates must demonstrate expertise in V-Sat network systems, hardware maintenance, software installation, and comprehensive troubleshooting.
