1. Sales Counter Admin
This role is essential for maintaining seamless coordination between our sales force and logistics operations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the allocation of goods and coordinate merchandise mutations.
* Oversee purchase orders for metal tray suppliers and monitor timely deliveries.
* Handle accounts receivable (A/R) billing for existing clients.
* Process delivery notes and input promotional goods data into the system.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
2. Purchasing Admin
This position focuses on supply chain integrity and ensuring the efficient flow of materials from suppliers to our warehouse.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Issue purchase orders to principals and domestic suppliers.
* Oversee and track the customs clearance process for imports.
* Manage shipment allocations to dealers via the company system.
* Maintain accurate manual stock records for all battery inventory.
* Coordinate directly with freight forwarders regarding import logistics.
