## Available Positions
1. E-Commerce Manager
Location: Head Office, South Jakarta
* Responsibilities: Develop and implement sell-in strategies for online stores, manage promotional budgets to drive sales, enhance brand visibility across e-commerce platforms, and collaborate with key accounts for product placement.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce. Candidates must possess a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and a willingness to embrace Japanese corporate culture.
2. Sales Executive (Indramayu)
Location: Indramayu
* Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets, manage market activities, oversee stock distribution, and execute promotional plans. You will report directly to your supervisor regarding sell-in and sell-out performance.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of sales experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong leadership, and knowledge of the 4P marketing mix are essential. Familiarity with the Indramayu region is highly preferred.
3. Junior Brand Manager – Pet Care
Location: Head Office, South Jakarta
* Responsibilities: Execute brand marketing plans, analyze market trends, lead new product development projects, and manage online and offline campaigns. You will also engage with pet communities and monitor budget compliance and profitability.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of experience in brand or trade marketing. Prior experience in the pet care industry is a significant advantage. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are required.
4. Local Super Market (Non-Exclusive) Sales Supervisor
Location: Medan (Covering North Sumatra & Aceh)
* Responsibilities: Drive sales goals, monitor market activity, manage stock distribution, and oversee promotional effectiveness. You will also be responsible for coaching and educating merchandising staff.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in a sales supervisory role. Familiarity with local supermarket retail environments and the 4P marketing mix is required.
5. Junior Brand Manager – Health Care
Location: Head Office, South Jakarta
* Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for health products, lead new product launches, and manage digital campaigns. You will work closely with healthcare communities and ensure brand visibility across all sales channels.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of experience in brand or trade marketing. You must possess the ability to thrive in a Japanese-structured work environment while demonstrating excellent project management and communication skills.
6. Area Sales Supervisor
Location: Banjar, West Java
* Responsibilities: Achieve regional sales targets, control market activities, manage distribution channels, and oversee all promotional operations within the designated area.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in sales. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, have strong leadership qualities, and demonstrate a deep understanding of the 4P marketing strategy.
