Truelogs Logistik Asia (Truelogs Group) is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Safety Officer to join our operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence within our geothermal projects.
## Core Responsibilities
The Safety Officer will be responsible for overseeing all on-site safety protocols and risk mitigation strategies. Key duties include:
* Documentation and Compliance: Preparing Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Task Risk Assessment (TRA) documentation prior to the commencement of work.
* Equipment Oversight: Conducting rigorous inspections of work equipment, ensuring all certifications and competencies remain valid and up-to-date.
* Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Verifying that every worker is equipped with appropriate and compliant PPE.
* Permit Management: Preparing, managing, and closing Permit to Work (PTW) documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
* Hazard Monitoring: Conducting precise H₂S gas measurements before initiating site activities.
* Safety Leadership: Leading Pre-Job Safety Meetings (PJS) and supervising active work execution to ensure strict adherence to HSE standards.
* Performance Reporting: Maintaining detailed field activity records and preparing comprehensive HSE performance reports.
* Capacity Building: Providing continuous HSE training and awareness programs to enhance the safety culture among field personnel.
## Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must demonstrate the following professional credentials:
1. Professional Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to prepare complex JSA and HIRADC documentation.
2. Training and Systems: Completion of SIKA training and a deep understanding of Pertamina PTW systems.
3. Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer within the oil and gas sector, specifically focusing on oil well operations.
4. Specialized Skills: Proficiency in conducting H₂S gas measurements.
5. Mandatory Certification: Possession of a valid Oil & Gas HSE Certification is strictly required.
6. Preferred Experience: Previous involvement in Pertamina Geothermal Energy projects is considered a significant advantage.
