1. Unit Head Development Program (Production)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* GPA: Minimum 3.00.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates; one year of manufacturing experience is a significant advantage.
* Key Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities and knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
* Additional Requirements: Proven organizational experience, willingness to work in a shift system, and readiness for a service bond (ikatan dinas) and relocation based on company needs.
2. Unit Head Development Program (Packaging)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* GPA: Minimum 3.00.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates; one year of manufacturing experience is preferred.
* Key Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting, TPM, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
* Additional Requirements: Must be comfortable with a 3-shift rotation, commit to a service bond, and be willing to be stationed according to operational requirements.
3. Unit Head Development Program (Engineering)

* Experience: Open to fresh graduates; previous experience is a plus.

4. UHDP Warehouse (Incoming Sparepart)

* Key Skills: Strong administrative skills, English proficiency, and familiarity with technical spare part specifications (dimensions, sizing, and materials).

5. UHDP Warehouse
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or Industrial Management.
* GPA: Minimum 3.00.
* Key Skills: Proficient in inventory management principles including FIFO, FEFO, and LIFO, alongside strong administrative competence.
* Additional Requirements: English proficiency, ability to work a 3-shift schedule, and willingness to accept the service bond and assigned work location.
