## Understanding the Unit Head Development Program (UHDP)
The Unit Head Development Program (UHDP) is a specialized leadership track designed for the Factory division. This program serves as a comprehensive bridge for talent development, structured with a two-year service bond to ensure intensive training and professional growth.
## Available Positions and Qualifications
The company is seeking candidates for several specialized tracks. All roles require a minimum GPA of 3.00.
1. Unit Head Development Program – Purchasing
* Education: D4/S1 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Key Requirements: Strong negotiation skills, extensive professional networking capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; however, at least one year of manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
2. Unit Head Development Program – Production
* Education: D4/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* Key Requirements: Proven troubleshooting proficiency and knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Active organizational participation is required.
* Operational Requirements: Willingness to work in a shift system and commit to a service bond.
3. Unit Head Development Program – Packaging
* Education: D4/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* Key Requirements: Demonstrated leadership experience through organizational involvement and strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
* Operational Requirements: Must be prepared for a 3-shift rotation and a formal service bond.
4. Unit Head Development Program – Engineering
* Education: D4/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* Key Requirements: Strong fundamental knowledge in maintenance and system repair. Active experience in organizational activities is expected.
* Operational Requirements: Availability for a 3-shift rotation and adherence to the service bond.
5. Unit Head Development Program – Water Resources
* Education: D4/S1 in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
* Key Requirements: Technical understanding of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) operations and oversight. Must be fluent in English and possess strong organizational experience.
* Operational Requirements: Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and commit to a service bond.
