## Candidate Requirements
To maintain our standard of excellence, applicants must meet the following baseline qualifications:
* Gender: Male.
* Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in an Engineering-related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience within the same role in an EPC environment, specifically within the Oil, Gas, or Geothermal sectors.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication) is mandatory.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to be stationed at either our Head Office or assigned project site locations.
