1. Team Leader: Desk Collection
As a Team Leader, you will serve as the backbone of our collection operations, ensuring your team hits critical recovery targets while maintaining professional excellence.
* Oversee and coordinate all daily activities of the Desk Collection team.
* Provide consistent monitoring, mentoring, and coaching to drive agent performance.
* Analyze team metrics and prepare comprehensive achievement reports.
* Lead the team toward meeting and exceeding collection KPIs.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1).
* At least 1 year of experience as a Collection Team Leader, specifically within the Fintech or Banking sectors.
* Proven background in late-stage bucket collection and recovery strategies.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
* Must be willing to be based in Yogyakarta.
2. Desk Collection Agent

* Communicate with customers via phone and digital channels to facilitate loan repayments.
* Address customer inquiries regarding billing, payment methods, and debt recovery.
* Explain company policies and terms clearly to ensure customer understanding.
* Educate customers on financial obligations and propose sustainable repayment solutions.
* Document all interaction data accurately to track recovery progress.
* Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Capacity to work effectively under pressure to meet aggressive targets.
* Technologically literate with experience in computer-based systems.
* Minimum of 3 months of relevant experience in a desk collection role.
