This specialized training program is curated to develop high-performing professionals in Accounting and Human Resources.
* Gender: Male
* Educational Background: Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or Actuarial Science.
* Academic Achievement: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Physical Requirement: Minimum height of 165 cm.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed in Kalimantan or Sulawesi.
2. Mill Assistant Trainee (MAT) – Batch 49
Designed for technical professionals, this program focuses on building expertise in the mechanical and chemical processes required for modern mill operations.
* Gender: Male
* Educational Background: Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Agricultural Product Technology (TPHP).
* Academic Achievement: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Physical Requirement: Minimum height of 165 cm.
