## Career Opportunity: Flight Operation Officer (Dispatcher)
Sriwijaya Air is currently seeking a highly qualified Flight Operation Officer (FOO) to join our dynamic operations team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the safety and efficiency of our flight schedules.
Core Responsibilities
* Regulatory Compliance: Prepare all necessary data and regulatory documentation required for safe aircraft dispatch.
* Operational Analysis: Analyze flight data to verify safety protocols and ensure ATC Flight Plans are submitted in strict accordance with aviation regulations.
* Crew Coordination: Confirm that all scheduled flight crews are fully informed and prepared prior to flight commencement.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate effectively with airport authorities, relevant agencies, and ground handling representatives.
* Documentation Management: Monitor and maintain the company’s flight operation manuals and essential documentation.
* Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly reports regarding flight operations performance as required by management.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum SMA, D3, or S1 educational background.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of professional experience within the aviation industry.
* Certification: Must possess an active and valid FOO (Flight Operations Officer) License.
* Skills: Proficiency in computer applications and strong fluency in the English language.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
* Mobility: Must be prepared for placement at any of PT Sriwijaya Air’s flight route stations, with a particular focus on TJQ, PLM, and DJJ.
