1. Agronomy Assistant (Experienced)
* Role Responsibilities: You will lead and coordinate daily field work plans (RKH), manage division operational budgets, and ensure all activities adhere to company SOPs and health and safety (HSE) standards.
* Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or Agrotechnology.
* At least 3 years of experience in an agronomy or equivalent role.
* Proven leadership, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.
* Willingness to be deployed across Sumatera, Kalimantan, or Papua.
2. Financial Planning & Reporting
* Role Responsibilities: This position involves preparing management financial reports, analyzing sales performance, and providing variance analysis to support high-level business decisions.

5. Surveyor
* Role Responsibilities: Perform terrestrial surveys, manage data processing, and support mapping and reporting systems to ensure accurate field documentation.
* Key Requirements:
* High school vocational diploma (SMA/SMK) in Surveying and Mapping.
* Competence in operating Theodolite, Waterpass, Total Station, and GNSS-RTK equipment.
* Proficiency in ArcGIS and AutoCAD.
* Willingness to be deployed across operational areas in Sumatera, Kalimantan, or Papua.
