We are currently expanding our workforce at our Weda Bay Nickel (WBN) site in North Maluku and are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team under a standard roster system.
## Available Staff Positions
We are looking for experienced leaders and technical specialists to fill the following supervisory and foreman roles:
* Management & HR: HR Supervisor, HR Foreman, GA Supervisor, IT Foreman.
* Operational Leadership: MPE Superintendent, MPE Foreman, Civil Supervisor, Civil Foreman, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Foreman.
* Logistics & Support: Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Foreman, Fuel Foreman, FA Supervisor.
* Safety & Technical Training: HSE Supervisor, HSE Foreman, Trainer (Operator/Operation Foreman), Trainer (Mechanic/Mechanic Foreman), Paramedic.
* Engineering: Engineer Supervisor, Surveyor Supervisor, Geotech Supervisor.
* Security: Security Supervisor.
## Available Non-Staff Positions
We are also seeking qualified field personnel and technical experts to support our daily mining activities:
* Administration: All Administrative Roles.
* Heavy Equipment Operations: Operators for D10, Vibro, Motor Grader, Bulldozer, Excavator, and Crane.
* Driving & Logistics: Truck Drivers (Water, Fuel, Manhaul, Dump Truck), and LV Drivers.
* Maintenance & Mechanics: Wheel Mechanics, Track Mechanics, DT Mechanics, Auto Electricians, Mechanical Inspectors, Welders, and Tyremen.
## Requirements for Applicants
To ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Professional Documentation: Submit a comprehensive CV, record of work experience, copies of National ID (KTP), Family Card (KK), Tax ID (NPWP), and the latest educational diploma.
2. Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the designated field is mandatory.
3. Certifications:
* Supervisory roles: BNSP certifications (POP, POM, etc.) are highly preferred.
* Drivers/Operators: Valid BII Umum driving license.
* Mechanics: Basic Mechanic Course (BMC) completion.
4. Commitment: Candidates must be willing to work at the Weda Bay Nickel (WBN) site in North Maluku under the company’s designated roster system.
