## Recruitment Intern Responsibilities
As a member of our recruitment department, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment. Your daily contributions will include:
* Talent Acquisition Support: Play an active role in the full recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing to final candidate selection.
* Mass Recruitment Management: Lead the coordination of hiring initiatives for entry-level positions, organize recruiting events, and evaluate potential candidates.
* Administrative Excellence: Manage essential hiring workflows, including scheduling interviews, maintaining accurate candidate databases, and ensuring transparent, timely communication with all applicants.
* Documentation & Reporting: Assist in the preparation of key recruitment reports and internal documentation to ensure our processes remain efficient and data-driven.
## Candidate Requirements

1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field. Final-year students who have completed their coursework and are free to commit full-time are highly encouraged to apply.
