We are seeking dedicated, high-performing individuals to fill the following roles to support our nationwide production and logistics goals.
1. Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor
As a lead in our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and flow of our inventory.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
* At least 2 years of proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor (candidates with experience in the bottled water industry are highly preferred).
* In-depth knowledge of FIFO (First In, First Out) management and finished goods inventory flow.
* Strong leadership, initiative, and integrity, coupled with excellent communication skills.
2. Production Section Head
This role is critical to ensuring our high-volume production lines maintain both efficiency and the premium quality standard our customers expect.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 2 years of experience as a Production Leader in an FMCG manufacturing environment (bottled water experience is a plus).
* Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, quality control, and process oversight.
* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on production targets and strict quality compliance.
* Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to manage large teams effectively.
3. Operational Administrator
The Operational Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring administrative precision and office efficiency.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field.
* At least 1 year of professional experience in an administrative role.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
* Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a disciplined work ethic.
