## Position Overview: Production Foreman
As a Production Foreman, you will serve as a crucial pillar on our manufacturing floor. You will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, optimizing output efficiency, and maintaining our uncompromising standards of product quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Operations Management: Direct and monitor machinery operations to ensure strict compliance with established company operating standards.
* Process Supervision: Oversee active production lines within your designated area, ensuring output consistently meets targeted volume and quality benchmarks.
* Documentation & Reporting: Guarantee accurate, thorough logging of all daily manufacturing activities and shift metrics.
* Material Coordination: Oversee the proper allocation and utilization of raw materials in alignment with production planning schedules.
* Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify inefficiencies and spearhead improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing workflows.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment. (Highly motivated fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).*
* Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), Continuous Improvement frameworks, 5S methodologies, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
* Core Competencies: Strong leadership capabilities, exceptional communication skills, high personal integrity, accountability, and resilience under pressure.
* Work Arrangement: Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule (with standard off days).
* Work Location: Based at our manufacturing plant in Cikarang Timur.
