* Financial Planning and Risk Mitigation: Lead overarching financial planning, treasury operations, and financial risk management while actively monitoring execution across all holding subsidiaries.
* Debt and Receivables Management: Supervise the strategic management of corporate debts and receivables, ensuring optimal cash flow and strict adherence to governance standards throughout the entire group.
