1. Staff Admin Accounting / Finance (Code: ADM)
* Responsibilities: Prepare periodic sales reports and ensure all sales administration and billing processes adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree (Management, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred); highly proficient in MS Excel (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, PIVOT); experience in FMCG, retail, or building materials is a plus; based in Bekasi; fully vaccinated (minimum 2 doses).
2. Staff Admin Warehouse (Code: ADM LOG)
* Responsibilities: Manage inbound/outbound shipment reports, oversee procedural compliance in shipping, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree (all majors); advanced MS Excel skills; prior experience in warehouse administration preferred; must not be color blind; fully vaccinated (minimum 2 doses).
3. Head of Administration (Code: KADM)
* Responsibilities: Supervise the order, return, and billing processes to ensure full operational compliance.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree (Management, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred); expert in MS Excel (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, PIVOT); minimum 2 years of supervisory experience; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; must be willing to travel.
4. Head of Warehouse (Code: KALOG)
* Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor goods receipt, storage organization, shipment preparation, and general warehouse management.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree; expert in MS Excel; minimum 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience; based in Bali or Manado; fully vaccinated (minimum 2 doses).
5. Warehouse Operator / Helper (Code: WORKER)
* Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK), ideally in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; experienced candidates preferred; must be diligent, precise, and possess strong communication skills.
6. Cargo Driver (Code: DRIVER)
* Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma; holds a valid SIM B/B1/B2 or B2 General license; at least 2 years of experience; knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting; must be in good health and not color blind; fully vaccinated (minimum 2 doses).
7. Forklift Operator (Code: FORKLIFT)
* Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma; must possess a valid SIO Forklift license; must be in good physical health and not color blind; fully vaccinated (minimum 2 doses).
8. Value Added Service Officer (Code: VAS Officer)
