## Role Overview: HR Generalist
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Generalist to oversee our end-to-end human resources operations. This role is pivotal in fostering a productive work environment and ensuring that our workforce is supported by robust administrative and developmental frameworks.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will take ownership of the following key HR functions:
* Recruitment & Development: Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, conducting psychological assessments, and driving employee development initiatives.
* Payroll & Compensation: Handling payroll administration, compensation structures, and benefits packages.
* Regulatory Compliance: Managing BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration while ensuring strict adherence to Indonesian labor laws.
* Performance Management: Implementing effective performance review cycles and maintaining organized HR documentation.
* Operational Efficiency: Utilizing strong organizational skills to streamline HR operations and uphold company standards.
## Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or a closely related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience in an HR Generalist or equivalent capacity.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office and experience working with HRIS systems.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of current Indonesian labor regulations and industry best practices.
* Language Skills: Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
