## Open Position: F&B Industry Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a skilled technical professional to ensure our outlets operate at peak performance. You will be responsible for the integrity of our infrastructure and the reliability of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across all outlets.
* System Repairs: Expertly manage repairs for electrical installations, plumbing, HVAC systems, and specialized F&B equipment.
* Troubleshooting: Quickly identify technical faults and implement effective, long-term solutions.
* Infrastructure Support: Assist in equipment installation and general civil engineering tasks related to outlet construction.
* Emergency Response: Provide rapid, decisive action during emergency maintenance situations to minimize operational downtime.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in a maintenance or technician role.

Key Responsibilities
* Hospitality Excellence: Provide a warm, professional, and courteous welcome to every guest.
* Brand Advocacy: Act as the primary bridge between our customers and the company, ensuring a seamless and positive brand experience.
* Information Hub: Share expert knowledge regarding our menu, products, facilities, and upcoming events.
* Conflict Resolution: Manage guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with speed, empathy, and professionalism.

Candidate Requirements
* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Communications, or related fields.
