As a Warehouse Staff member at PT Niramas Utama, your daily responsibilities will directly impact the efficiency of our distribution network and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities and Daily Duties
* Shipping Document Verification: Review previous day shipping documents, including Purchase Orders (PO) and specific quantity metrics to ensure complete accuracy.
* Daily Delivery List (DPH) Cross-Checking: Conduct thorough reconciliations between actual delivered invoice quantities and the Daily Delivery List (DPH).
* Proof of Delivery (POD) Management: Process delivered Proof of Delivery documents, handle Goods Issue (GI) cancellations, and meticulously verify the completeness of all dispatch paperwork.
* Delivery Order (DO) Adjustments: Update and adjust delivery dates for shipments that failed to reach their destinations on the initial scheduled attempt.
* Comprehensive Inventory Reconciliation: Perform end-to-end checks involving DPH data, delivered invoices, remaining unsold stock, and final POD confirmations.
