* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience Level: Open to enthusiastic fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals with up to 5 years of relevant background.
* Technical Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of production machinery, encompassing mechanical systems, electrical components, and automation.
* Operational Literacy: Proficiency in reading and interpreting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), detailed work instructions, and complex process parameters.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrated foundational leadership capabilities to guide helpers effectively, combined with a strong collaborative spirit for teamwork.
