1. Production Operator – Cutting
In this role, you will play a vital part in our secondary processing phase, ensuring precision and quality in every cut.
* Execute glass-cutting processes within the Cutting On-Line department.
* Manage efficient glass-packing procedures.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
* Adhere strictly to equipment protocols and safety standards, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Participate in all required job-specific training programs.
* Minimum education: High School diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Basic computer literacy.
* Must possess clear vision (no glasses/corrective lenses) and no color blindness.
* Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule.
* Ability to perform tasks in a demanding environment (high heat, noise, and dust).
* Duty station: Cikarang.
2. Production Operator – Forming
The Forming department is at the heart of our production line. We are looking for technical talent to manage the transformation of molten glass into premium glass blocks.
* Oversee the forming of glass blocks from pulled glass to finished products.
* Monitor operational efficiency and identify root causes of manufacturing defects.
* Support the implementation of quality and environmental management systems.
* Engage in ongoing professional development and technical training.
* Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum of one year of relevant industrial experience.
* Proficiency in computer operation.
* Must possess clear vision (no glasses/corrective lenses) and no color blindness.
* Flexibility to work in a rotating shift system.
* Comfortable working in environments characterized by heat, noise, and dust.
* Duty station: Cikarang.
