The Data Center Inventory & Asset Technician is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware assets. Key duties include:

* Logistics Management: Executing inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring accurate purchase order (PO) receiving, and managing customs documentation for outgoing packages.
* Inventory Stewardship: Maintaining real-time accuracy in configuration management databases and asset repositories, performing cycle audits, and executing precise physical inventory tracking.
* Warranty and RMA Processing: Managing the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) lifecycle, engaging suppliers for warranty claims, and ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
* Data Security: Conducting the authorized destruction of Data Bearing Devices (DBD) in strict accordance with corporate policy and serial number verification protocols.

Required Qualifications
