1. Training Center Staff
As a Training Center Staff member, you will play a vital role in cultivating our workforce's potential, ensuring continuous learning, and maintaining our high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting comprehensive employee training and development needs analysis.
* Designing and implementing effective Training Need Analysis (TNA) frameworks.
* Creating engaging visual content, including basic posters and edited training videos.
* Delivering confident public presentations and facilitating workshops.
* Managing partnerships and collaborations with external training vendors and facilitators.

Candidate Qualifications:

Candidate Qualifications:
