1. Information Development Staff (Subject: Staf PSI)
* Core Responsibilities: Design and develop support systems that integrate with our core platforms, ensure all technical solutions meet established standards, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. You will also support production operations and maintain thorough documentation for every development phase.
* Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Informatics Engineering from an "A" or "Unggul" accredited university.
* Proficiency in SQL, PL SQL, Java, and .NET.
* Strong understanding of modular programming and complex SQL query optimization.
* Minimum TOEFL score of 450 (taken within the last two years).
2. Information System Security Staff (Subject: Staf KSI)
* Core Responsibilities: Conduct regular cybersecurity risk assessments, identify and mitigate system vulnerabilities, and manage information security tools like SIEM and DLP. You will also lead incident response efforts during potential breaches and provide strategic recommendations to enhance our IT security posture.
* Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant IT field from an "A" or "Unggul" accredited university.
* 2–3 years of experience in IT security, risk analysis, and threat detection.
* Deep knowledge of network architecture, cybersecurity frameworks, and security monitoring tools (IDS/IPS, NDR, EDR).

* Core Responsibilities: Manage KSEI’s network systems, ensure high availability for all users, and perform technical troubleshooting. You will be responsible for configuring routers, switches, and firewalls to maintain a robust infrastructure.
* Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in IT or a related field.
* Practical experience or certification in network operation (e.g., CCNA).
