1. Trade Payable Officer
Responsible for managing vendor payments and ensuring accurate financial records.
* Key Duties: Managing supplier payments, handling VAT/PPh obligations, maintaining purchase documentation, verifying invoices, and managing petty cash reports.
* Requirements: D3 degree in Administration, minimum 6 months of relevant experience, proficient in Microsoft Excel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.
2. Bank Cashier Officer
Focuses on the accuracy of daily cash flow and financial reconciliation across business units.
* Key Duties: Verifying daily deposits, reconciling bank statements with financial reports, preparing daily cash vouchers, and managing operational files.
* Requirements: S1 degree (Accounting or Financial Management preferred), at least 1 year of experience in finance or accounting, strong multitasking skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
3. Tax Officer
Ensures all company tax activities align with financial accounting standards and government regulations.
* Key Duties: Implementing tax procedures, monitoring tax policy application in pharmacies, updating tax systems for optimal efficiency, and drafting tax plans.
* Requirements: S1 degree in Finance or Accounting, minimum 6 months of experience, in-depth knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards), and solid understanding of tax legislation.
4. Pharmacy Technician
A pivotal role in delivering professional pharmaceutical care and ensuring store efficiency.
* Key Duties: Promoting pharmacy services, providing medication information/self-medication guidance, monitoring stock levels, and managing Point of Sales systems.
* Requirements: D3 degree in Pharmacy, strong understanding of pharmacology, customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Pharmacist (Companion)
Oversees the professional aspects of pharmacy operations to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
* Key Duties: Providing pharmaceutical counseling, managing medication safety, overseeing operational costs, and supervising inventory based on sales data.
* Requirements: Professional Pharmacist degree with a valid STRA (Pharmacist License), strong clinical pharmacy skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
