Current Job Vacancies
1. Senior Mine Engineer
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in open-pit or underground mining.
* Requirements: Proficiency in mining software, valid driver's license (SIM A), and strong leadership skills.
* Preferences: Experience in gold/mineral mining and possession of a POP certification are highly preferred.
2. Chemist Lab
* Qualifications: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree.
* Experience: 2–3 years in mineral metal mining or analytical laboratories.
* Requirements: Ability to operate AAS and UV-Vis Spectrophotometers, active SIM A driver's license.
* Preferences: AK3 Umum certification is a distinct advantage.
3. Metallurgist
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of experience is a plus.
* Requirements: Strong foundation in extraction metallurgy, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with specialized metallurgy software.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability to dynamic production environments.
4. HRGA Staff
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management.
* Experience: 1–2 years in relevant roles.
* Requirements: Solid understanding of payroll administration, General Affairs, and BPJS (social security) protocols, combined with excellent computer literacy.
5. Safety Officer
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
* Experience: 1–2 years of experience.
* Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office and valid AK3U Kemnaker certification. Must be capable of working in an underground mining environment.
* Preferences: POP certification will be viewed as an added advantage.
6. Blaster
* Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of practical experience in open-pit blasting operations.
* Requirements: Must possess a valid Blaster Competency Certificate (KPP Madya).
