1. GSE / Load Master
The GSE / Load Master plays a pivotal role in ensuring aircraft turnaround is executed safely, efficiently, and precisely according to international standards.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and supervise ramp activities during cargo and baggage loading and unloading.
* Ensure correct placement of containers and baggage per the Loading Instruction Report (LIR/LDM) and Weight & Balance Manual.
* Verify proper container and pallet security within the cargo compartment using ULD Locking mechanisms.
* Inspect cargo holds, door sills, and locks before and after loading operations.
* Maintain seamless communication with GSE operators, porters, load control, and flight crews.
* Sign and submit the Final Loading Inspection Report to Load Control upon completion.
* Report any damaged ULDs, operational irregularities, or procedural discrepancies immediately.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum education of SMA, SMK, or an equivalent qualification.
* Proficiency in English communication.
* Possession of a valid GSE or BTT license matching operated equipment.
* Solid understanding of apron area safety protocols.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Perform cargo acceptance and breakdown following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), airline guidelines, and IATA regulations (DGR, PCR, TCR, LAR).
* Handle special cargo—including perishable, valuable, dangerous goods, and live animals—alongside Avsec and internal teams.
* Log all breakdown and acceptance activities accurately into designated cargo systems.
* Generate discrepancy, shortage, and damage reports for officer review.
* Maintain up-to-date and precise records within COSYS and TPS Online platforms.
* Protect airline and company assets through secure cargo handling practices.
* Distribute operational updates and communications across relevant departments.
* Follow company protocols and suggest improvements for cargo processing workflows.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum educational background of SMA, SMK, or equivalent.
* Effective English communication skills.
* Active forklift (FLT) license and a valid driver’s license (SIM A).
* Familiarity with airline products and industry standards.
* Proficiency in computer applications, Microsoft Office, and SITA communications.
* Excellent negotiation and communication capabilities.
* Availability for shift work.

3. Flight Coordinator
