Who Should Apply?
We are looking for motivated recent graduates who possess a global mindset and a passion for operational excellence. To qualify for the Operations and Technical track, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline—such as Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or Sustainable Energy Engineering. A Master’s degree is considered an additional asset.
* Experience: Less than two years of professional work experience.
* Language Proficiency: Exceptional fluency in English, alongside local language proficiency.
* Legal Status: Candidates must possess the legal right to work in the country of application, as relocation and visa sponsorship are not provided for this specific role.
