1. General Manager Manufacturing
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
* Experience: 10–15 years of experience in automotive manufacturing leadership.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional skills in strategic planning, leadership, and complex problem-solving.
* Expertise: Deep understanding of production management, supply chain optimization, and methodologies for continuous improvement. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to lead cross-departmental initiatives.
2. Maintenance Manager
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing machine maintenance.
* Core Competencies: Expert in preventive and corrective maintenance protocols.
* Responsibility: Ability to lead technical teams, develop comprehensive machine maintenance schedules, and operate effectively within a target-driven environment. Requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
3. Engineering Staff
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
