1. Accounting Specialist
* Key Responsibilities: Manage journal entries, general ledgers, and financial reports; review financial statements; coordinate with HR for payroll; monitor petty cash/loans; and assist in audit processes.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; fluent in Mandarin (verbal and written); minimum 3 years of relevant experience; proficiency in PSAK, financial reporting, and MS Excel.
2. Cashier
* Key Responsibilities: Process diverse payment methods (cash, checks, cards); reconcile daily transactions; maintain precise financial records; provide top-tier customer service; and support month-end reporting.
* Requirements: Proven experience in a cashier or financial role; exceptional numerical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail; excellent interpersonal communication.
3. Export Import Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Coordinate customs clearance and shipping documentation; liaise with freight forwarders; maintain inventory accuracy; ensure regulatory trade compliance; and seek process cost-saving opportunities.
* Requirements: Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain; at least 2 years of export/import experience (manufacturing background preferred); knowledge of logistics software and customs regulations. Fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
4. Finance AR Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Process and follow up on tenant invoices; reconcile accounts; perform credit checks; monitor aging reports; and collaborate on cash flow strategies.
