1. Officer, MRP
This role is essential for maintaining seamless production flow through precise material planning.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management, or related fields.
* Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Material Planning, MRP, or Inventory Control, preferably within the paper manufacturing sector.
* Core Competencies: Proficient in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and inventory management.
* Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; experience with SAP or ERP systems is highly preferred.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with excellent team coordination skills.
2. Officer, Customer Service
We are looking for a service-oriented individual to represent our commitment to quality and professional client relations.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, English Literature, or related fields.
* Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Customer Service or Sales Administration; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
* Core Competencies: Fluent in English (verbal and written); expert in managing client inquiries, complaints, and sales documentation.
* Soft Skills: Responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
3. Operator, DCS (Stock Preparation)

* Educational Background: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the paper manufacturing industry.
* Core Competencies: Proven experience in operating and monitoring Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
* Requirements: Deep understanding of SOPs, industrial safety standards, and quality control protocols. Must be willing to work in a shift-based system.
