## Job Responsibilities
As a Production Operator at our state-of-the-art facility in Cikarang, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency. Your daily duties and responsibilities will include:
* Machine Operation: Safely and accurately operate Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production line machinery to ensure seamless workflow.
* Changeover and Replenishment: Execute smooth line changeovers during product type transitions while regularly replacing and restocking components and materials to hit daily output targets.
* Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections on printed circuit board (PCB) printing and component assembly to intercept and prevent defective items.
* Troubleshooting: Perform basic debugging and initial troubleshooting when minor machine errors or operational bottlenecks occur.
* Preventative Maintenance: Assist in executing scheduled routine machine maintenance to prolong equipment lifespan and minimize downtime.
* Workplace Organization: Strictly implement and uphold 6S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety) across the production line and surrounding work zones.
* Additional Tasks: Support other operational instructions and extra duties assigned by team leaders or supervisors.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this dynamic engineering environment, applicants must meet the following baseline requirements and professional preferences:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) graduate, with a preferred specialization in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience handling Fusebox Functional Circuit Tests (FCT) or Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA).
* Technical Familiarity: Deep familiarity with SMT electronic materials, alongside demonstrated experience in electronic product manufacturing, assembly, and soldering.
* Operational Skills: Proven ability to operate SMT machinery and perform manual electronic soldering.
* Soft Skills: Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.
* Work Ethic: Highly meticulous, target-driven, and capable of performing under tight deadlines.
