Key Responsibilities

* Project Oversight: Collaborating with civil site teams to monitor Civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects. This includes facility construction and maintenance, cost control, quality assurance, and strict timeline adherence.
* Strategic Procurement: Managing the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and evaluating potential vendors to negotiating contracts and issuing purchase orders (PO/SPK).
* Technical Design: Utilizing technical proficiency to create and interpret architectural and engineering drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, or Canva.
Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Informatics Engineering, or a closely related field.
