## Open Position: WWTP & WTP Operator
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our production support team as a Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Operator. This role is critical to maintaining our commitment to operational excellence and environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facility’s utilities run at peak efficiency. Your daily duties will include:
* System Optimization: Overseeing and monitoring both WTP and WWTP installations to ensure continuous, optimal performance.
* Routine Inspection: Conducting regular checks on pumps, tanks, machinery, and all supporting utility infrastructure.
* Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring that all treated water consistently meets internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
* Operational Reporting: Maintaining precise records of operational parameters and generating comprehensive daily reports.
* Chemical Management: Administering accurate chemical dosing according to established standard operating procedures.
* Maintenance Support: Maintaining a clean workspace and performing minor preventative maintenance on equipment, while coordinating with the Maintenance team for any system disruptions.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and background:
1. Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Professional Experience: At least one year of experience as a WWTP/WTP operator in a manufacturing environment. Enthusiastic fresh graduates with a solid theoretical foundation in water treatment are also encouraged to apply.
3. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of water treatment processes and the ability to operate filters, pumps, and dosing equipment.
4. Specialized Skills: Proficiency in managing water treatment chemicals and a strong commitment to Workplace Health and Safety (K3) protocols.
5. Personal Attributes: The ability to work within a shift-based schedule, demonstrating high levels of discipline, precision, and collaborative team spirit.
