## Job Profile: Head Human Capital & General Affair
We are currently looking for a results-driven Head Human Capital & General Affair to manage our workforce strategy, cultivate talent, and streamline general operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Formulate and execute comprehensive Human Capital strategies aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives.
* Oversee full-lifecycle HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
* Direct general affair functions to ensure smooth daily facility operations, compliance, and administrative efficiency.
* Provide strategic counsel to executive leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, and change management.
* Lead, mentor, and elevate the HR and GA team to achieve departmental excellence.
Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this critical leadership role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 5 years of proven working experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical thinking capabilities coupled with a strong track record of tactical execution.
* Mindset: A fast learner with an innate curiosity and enthusiasm for mastering new concepts and industry trends.
* Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team and lead groups toward shared objectives.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office applications for reporting, data analysis, and presentations.
* Work Location: Willingness to be based at our operational hub in Bogor, West Java (Gunung Putri or Citeureup area).
