## About the Manufacturing Management Trainee Program
The Manufacturing Management Trainee role is designed to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders. This intensive program offers a comprehensive look at the end-to-end footwear production lifecycle. Trainees will gain invaluable experience by rotating through critical business functions, ensuring a holistic understanding of our global operations.
Core Responsibilities
During your tenure as a trainee, your primary focus will be on learning, adapting, and contributing to high-level organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include:
